Fees
- Fee is $175.00 for a 50 minute session.
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Cash, check, credit cards are accepted. Contactless payment options are available, including Venmo.
- Insurance is not accepted. However, upon request a “superbill” (ie., an itemized receipt with diagnosis and treatment codes) can be provided for your submission to your health insurance company for direct reimbursement.
- If you plan to request reimbursement with a superbill, it is suggested you call your health insurance company to verify coverage from an out-of-network provider and how to properly submit superbills. Insurance reimbursement varies depending on your individual plan.
