Jennifer A. Prins, M.S.W., L.C.S.W.
Jennifer is a graduate of UCLA with a B.A. in Psychology and USC with a Masters in Social Work. Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCS17873) since 1996. She has worked in both clinical mental health and health care settings and has had the privilege to be in private practice in Paso Robles since 2000. Her emphasis is on counseling individuals to help heal stress, chronic pain, relationships, codependency/boundary issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Jennifer approaches counseling from a holistic, faith based perspective which includes cognitive, behavioral, and social systems perspectives, as well as health and wellness as critical components to healing. She is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) which helps facilitate results more deeply, efficiently and effectively. When she isn’t working, it’s likely Jen is hiking, doing yoga, snow skiing, eating good food, reading, listening to podcasts and/or music, obsessing on the enneagram, or doing something else fabulous with her friends and family.
